* BLAST-formatted files <code>nr.XX.pXX</code> downloaded from [ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/blast/db here]
* <code>nr_raps2</code> - RAPSearch-reformatted database with the following command <code>prerapsearch -d nr -n nr_raps2</code>
