Save the date: Gromacs workshops

ACENET's Dr. Shah Razul will be delivering a series of workshops on the molecular dynamics package GROMACS at Memorial University on June 13-15 to coincide with the 2011 Canadian Association of Physicists Congress. Further details will be posted in Wavelets and our Events page in the coming weeks.

IOCOM server upgrade

The IOCOM videoconferencing server will be unavailable on Friday, May 13 from 11AM to 5PM Atlantic in order to perform an upgrade.

Mahone outage

SMU has scheduled electrical power work for the Mahone machine room on the weekend of June 4-5, 2011. Jobs will not be scheduled that would run past 13h00 Friday June 3, based on their h_rt. See Cluster Status.

HPCS 2011: HPC in medical science

The High Performance Computing Symposium is a multi-disciplinary conference focused on research related to HPC and its applications. This year's theme is 'HPC in Medical Science'.
