To book the UNBSJ ACENET Collaboration Room (IH 215), send email to conf@unbsj.ca.

Please include in the Subject line: "ACENET request - DATE of the requested meeting". Including the date in the subject line is important to ensure the request is handled in time for your meeting.

In the body of the email please include the start time, end time, number of participants at UNBSJ, and the main contact person who will be attending at UNBSJ.
